Sorry so long...
Internet was down here at the house of no technology. Yuk.

So BIG news...
I got the Ralph Lauren job. I started on Monday the 27th and have been training. I'm in the Women's Department. It should be really cool and I'm super excited. I work for The Man and I get to wear hot pink cashmere. Cool.

No more cruise shop job. I got the RLL job one day b4 the cruise ship premiere and (thankfully) did not have to go at all. Yea.

The new church is cool and Saturday we went to their Friendship Luau. Yummy food. I ate SO much...

The younger hula dancers did a number to Rachel Lampa's "No Greater Love" that made ME cry. If someone will me how to post video easily, I'll post it. It's beautiful.

Friday night we went out with new church friends Max and Tammy to the California Pizza Kitchen. Very yummy and it was nice to talk to people again.

Did I mention that I went to Bruce and Brandon Lee's graves in Seattle? No? Well, here's a photo.

I was on the set of Hawaii Thursday and it was a bit boring. I saw quite a bit of the cast including Michael Biehn, Aya Sumika and Sharif Atkins. 10 hours of shooting and waiting and I left early. Look for me in "Almost Paradise" in the funeral scene - several shots. Photos below.

We finally snorkeled Shark's Cove. Awesome. I'm calling it "Exreme Snorkeling" 'cause everything is "Extreme" these days and due to the large waves we got caught in causing me minor injuries including a slightly bloody elbow and a cool cut on my hand. No sharks, but thousands of pretty aquarium fishes. A Must-See. No pics, but you're tired of pics anyway by now.

AND...
I'm being considered for another TV show. TLC's Faking It as a Surfer Girl. I emailed a request and picture and they have requested a video tape of me which I sent out on Monday. They say that the video is the last step in thier casting process and that they'll let me know. If chosen, I would undergo 1 month of heavy-duty surfing training to see if I can fake out some experts by pretending to be a true surfer girl. Weird, huh? Oh, well. You knew I would be getting into trouble here.

Congrats on the job! Does this mean you're not allowed to hock RL goods on eBay anymore?

Yay for luaus. That's so awesome. I still can't believe you live there.

That "Faking It" thing would be toooo hilarious. Have you ever surfed before?

I don't think I'd like to find myself bleeding in a place called Shark Cove. Call me crazy.

Yeah, I was a bit panic-y about the bleeding in the water part. The saying that sharks can smell a drop of blood from a mile away kept creeping in my mind, but I was at the shore and getting out, so I was able to forget the plot of Open Water and take off my fins in peace.

Nope, never surfed b4. That's why it works. I'm gonna email that gorl now and make sure she got my tape. Thanks!
